Michael graduated from the University of Adelaide with degrees in Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (Politics) in 2007. Since his admission as a solicitor in 2008, Michael has developed expertise in a wide variety of legal fields.

Following University, Michael spent two years working as a Judge’s Associate with some of the finest legal minds in the state in the areas of criminal and civil litigation, before progressing his career through the South Australian Public Service. He spent a further 2 years in the Office for the Minister for Industrial Relations and Local Government providing support and advice regarding several legal initiatives, including the passage of the Work Health & Safety reforms which impact every business and worker in the state.

In 2012 Michael was offered employment in the Private Sector where he spent years assisting clients with complex industrial, workers compensation and personal injury cases. He has experience pursuing matters through various Courts and Tribunals including the Magistrates and District Courts, the SA Employment Tribunal, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and the Fair Work Commission.

Michael joined Websters in 2020 as a highly regarded solicitor. He is a critical thinker and carefully analyses all aspects of his clients’ cases. He confidently, persuasively and articulately presents arguments in Court and ensures his clients achieve timely and successful outcomes.

Michael is a member of the Law Society of SA and the Industrial Relations Society of SA.
