Danny Tsimiklis graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 1999 and later completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with the Law Society of South Australia in 2021. Admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2001, Danny also holds admission to the High Court of Australia.

Following graduation, Danny served as a Judge’s Associate at the District Court of South Australia and subsequently worked as a Defence Lawyer at the Legal Services Commission from 2003 to 2005. A two-year tenure as a Prosecutor at the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions followed.

From 2008 to 2013, Danny operated an independent Criminal Law Practice as a sole practitioner. In 2014, the practice expanded to encompass General Practice, offering services in Criminal Law, Administrative Law, Disciplinary Proceedings, Commercial, and Real Estate Law. Danny remains actively involved in the Magistrates and District Courts, consistently striving to achieve practical and positive outcomes for clients.
