Jake’s legal experience is broad, which serves him well, particularly his experience in conveyancing.
Conveyancing can impact wills and estates matters, as well as family law property settlements. Jake’s experience in all of these areas has been of great benefit to his clients when navigating the sometimes difficult world of property law. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers.
Jake was brought up in Port Lincoln and spent some time practising law there. He gained excellent experience in preparing complex wills for farmers and managing the distribution of farming properties as estate assets.
He has also had extensive experience in debt collection for small business clients and individuals.
Jake is known for his down-to-earth, friendly nature and his excellent and regular communication with his clients.
He is a member of the Law Society’s Property Law Committee.
