Jake practises in the areas of

Jake’s legal experience is broad, he now primarily practices in Supreme Court deceased estate litigation, property litigation and family law litigation in the Federal Circuit & Family Court of Australia.

He has extensive experience with probate, Wills and deceased estate administration as well as property conveyancing.

Jake is known for his down-to-earth, friendly nature and his excellent and regular communication with his clients.

He has a broad range of litigation experience including acting as a Barrister & Solicitor in: the Supreme, District, Magistrates and Youth Courts of South Australia in criminal and civil matters, The South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (SACAT), the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), as well various disciplinary tribunal hearings including Teacher’s Registration Board of South Australia and interstate administrative matters.
