David has previously served in the Australian Defence Force as a Diesel Mechanic. After a broad employment history, he commenced study as a mature-aged student and obtained a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Griffith University and shortly after, a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice with Honours at Flinders University.
He is an admitted practitioner of the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia.
As a trial lawyer David believes that criminal defence should not be limited. There is no one common solution to solving a problem. He believes that providing a realistic assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of a case is his primary consideration. He is also passionate about exploring new areas for law. He strongly believes that providing a defence is a tailored approach that must consider your personal circumstances.
David believes that his strengths lay in his passion to provide robust analysis of a case. David understands that every case is individual, and every client has their own story that needs to be heard.
