Brooke practices in the areas of:

Brooke graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Laws (awarded with Distinction), a Bachelor of Arts (Creative Writing major) and a Diploma in Languages (French Studies major).  She was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2021 and later the High Court of Australia in 2022.

Before starting at Websters, Brooke worked primarily in the area of Wills and Estates and gained experience in estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation.  She also has experience in a range of other legal areas, including Family Law.

Brooke has a keen interest in law reform and improving access to the legal system. She has worked with the South Australia Law Reform Institute and co-authored its 2021 report on communication partners.

Brooke is known for her straightforward yet friendly demeanor and works hard to ensure her clients are well informed throughout their matters.
